๐Ÿ“ˆ Self-Service Report Builder

Report Builder

Build your own reports over your accounting data โ€” no formulas, no spreadsheets. Pick what to group by (rows and columns) and what to add up (values), optionally filter and set a date range, then click Run. The numbers come straight from your ledger and always match the standard reports.

๐Ÿ“– In plain words

Think of it as a pivot table over your books. You drag categories โ€” accounts, months, parties โ€” into rows and columns, choose which figures to total, and the builder tallies your ledger into a neat grid. Unlike a spreadsheet, you can click any number to see the exact transactions behind it, and the totals always agree with your official reports.

01What you see on the screen

Two cards: BI Report Builder (three pick-lists โ€” Rows, Columns, Values โ€” plus date range, sort, filters, and Run/Save/Export buttons) and Saved Reports (your saved reports, each with Load and delete).

โœ…
Always agrees with the official reportsBecause it's built on the same ledger (Net = Debit โˆ’ Credit), a P&L-style report here matches the standard P&L, and it reads live data.
โš ๏ธ
Big reports get trimmedIf you see "Result truncated โ€” narrow the report", add a filter or a tighter date range. Drill-through shows up to 200 postings per cell. You must pick at least one Row or Column before running.
